It is not possible to send different emails with the same Email export component at the moment.
I would recommend this workflow as a workaround:
Include two different email export components in the model, but only show one to the users in the iframe or App of your website (the one you receive on your email address). Make sure the export component sets the Attach JSON option to True.
Whenever you receive an email from a customer, download the JSON file included in the email and open the corresponding model on the ShapeDiver platform. There you can click on “Load JSON parameter values” in the Parameters context menu (three dots).
You can check the configuration used by the customer and trigger yourself the second email from this page.
