Edit radial dimension points

When radial dimensions need to be repositioned, I instead either recreate them or _HistoryPurge and edit them similar to what is described in Rotating diameter dimension in RH7 vs RH6 .

Are there any ways to controllably edit the points of radial dimensions without purging their history? For example, how does one adjust the dimensions on the left to be like those on the right?:

above workaround does not work for me (mac, intel, 8 (8.13.24303.13002, 2024-10-29))
