Eddy3d support?

is there anywhere to get reliable support/documentation for eddy3d?
posts in this categeory does seems to be answered frequently
and while there’s template files, there’s no detailed documentation/explanation on what some of the components or logics are.

for example: the indoor template, the “inlet” component acts as the “outlet” and vice versa, air is been draw out of the space thru the inlet, instead of air been let in

There is no documentation currently but the project is not abandoned. We are actively working on updates and fixes. Would you be willing to sponsor the project to help us fix bugs quicker?

where do we find a link to sponsor?
I don’t see any sponsor buttons on github or the website

Hey @eddy3d Eddy3D Team,

I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge the incredible work you guys 're doing with Eddy3D. While there have been several posts / discussions about past and current issues (myself included) and the need for better documentation, I think it’s clear that there’s a huge amount of enthusiasm in the community for your addon. Proper wind simulation analysis for urban environments is something that we’ve all been craving, and you’re filling a real gap in the market.

It’s exciting to see this project evolve, and I’m personally looking forward to testing future updates. Keep up the amazing work – you’ve got a lot of people excited about the potential here!

PS: One feature I’d love to see taken as default by other developpers as well is the ability to directly load a template/example file into the scene through a single dedicated componennt. It’s so much more convenient than manually searching for files on one’s hard drive. If possible, a thumbnail preview of what can be expected from the loaded file would make this even more intuitive and user-friendly.
