E-Mail Validation Bad Score

Hi There,

I seem to be having an issue with e-mail validation. Oddly enough it works with my personal gmail but not with my corporate email. I have checked the spelling and used multiple corporate e-mail addresses. The short of it is that we are setting up the definition so a user can send us their email, the parameters, and a project description.

Thanks,
Hunter

@Hunter_Ruthrauff we use an email validation API to assign scores to email addresses, to avoid spam from being sent through ShapeDiver. We will evaluate the reason for this problem. Could you PM the email addresses that are not working for you?

Alex,

I sent you a message with a few corporate email addresses. Did you receive them?

Thanks,
Hunter

@Hunter_Ruthrauff continuing the conversation here. Given that the email validation score for your domain is too low, I suggest this workaround: Please create a group at https://groups.google.com/, add the email addresses you want to send the emails to, and use the groups address for the email export.
We will look into developing a possibility to whitelist certain domains, even if they have a low score. However, this will take a bit, i.e. it’s not a quick solution to your challenge, hence the email list approach.

My email post@sternontwerp.nl worked fine yesterday. But today it is refused. I contacted my provider, no spam was sent.
Anyway, The provider added a DKIM-record to my account (whatever that is) and I manually deleted my listing in www.spamrats.com. One of these things worked.

Did I understand correctly that email exports work as expected for you now?

@Hunter_Ruthrauff does this work for you?

Yes it works fine for me

Alexander,

Our IT does not want to pursue the work around as it complicates other aspects of our email. Can we set up a call between you guys and our IT team? Ideally you guys work toward whitelisting certain domains but they have also indicated another lengthy solution so I’d like to compare which is solution is quickest and the least resources involved.

Please set up a conference call when you are able.

Thanks,
Hunter

I will PM

@snabela Hi Alexander, the tylin@shapediver.com email worked however we need to add or change the email that we provided you. Please reach out as soon as you are able.
