Does gtx 1650 mobile Good enough?

Hello. I am a student and at the start of learning Rhino. I don’t want to buy an expensive system at first so I will buy a laptop to start learning. I chose HP victus laptop that I think is enough for beginning. specs:
CPU: Core i5 12450H
GPU: GTX 1650 4GB
Ram: 16GB

I will change it when i become a pro user so is it good for the beginning?
and i don’t plan to use the second monitor.

Are these video cards using shared memory? Whenever I don’t see the GPU ram that’s my first assumption. I would go for the 32GB if the memory is shared.
