Dividing Surface into 2 uneven surfaces

Hello Everyone,

i am trying to divide a surface. My plan was to use divide Domain² and then combine surface till i get the this Picture below.

It looks like this currently

Any help is appreciated.

Actually it should be the lowest point on the circle in the middle. Then a horizontal line from there till the right end.

The point on the outer circle isn’t vertical right now and it’s not on the surface.
