Display issues on new computer

We are having issues with displaying materials on one of out machines. It was just put in service and we aren’t sure why the images used for out materials are not working. Below is an example from the new computer and another from one of our other computers.

OpenGL is at 0

Go to the desktop and right click on and go into Display Settings and ensure you are using the high powered card, not sure is going on with display adapter 0mb 2006 driver in the report…

That worked. We were able to resolve it before we a scheduled Zoom meeting. Thank you so much.

In addition to the basic issue, you might want to consider updating your 1/15/2023 Nvidia driver.

The Microsoft Basic Display Adaptor is the default Windows software driver used when there is no (or Windows thinks there is no) hardware video card.
