Ah, right. Please go to Tools > Advanced, then type in DpiScale in the search bar. For RhinoCycles.DpiScale set that to 1. Then tumble one of the previews to see if it now gets displayed correctly.
I am working on fixing the DpiScale setting (viewport sharpness in Tools > Options > Rhino Render), but right now it isn’t fully functional yet, as you’ve seen.
The issue is tracked in RH-75824 Viewport responsiveness doesn't work.
