Dimension tolerances not respected when exporting to DWG/DXF

When I try to export such dimensions, they are converted into different ones. I used the solids 2007 export scheme.

I see that. It appears to be an export problem, as the Rhino produced DWG re-imported into Rhino, looks just like it does in AutoCAD.

That YouTrack issue is only open to developers because it has some customer example files in it.
