Dimension history yet it won't update

See attached file. If I select objects with history, the dimension gets selected.

However, if I move the sphere, the dimesion doesn’t update.

Hi Robert -

Thanks, I see that with your file.
When we get failure sample that are in the state where history fails, the developers can’t retrieve the information they need to be able to reproduce - and fix - the issue. Can you provide steps to get a model in this state?

  1. Activate left view
  2. Create an aligned dimension
  3. Start with snapping to the quad on the intersection curve
  4. End with snapping to the end point of the dotted curve
