HI I am looking to purchase a new laptop for rhino. It need to be my desktop replacement, I work with larg rhno files will lotts of imported STEP files . I really would like it to have a touch screen for PDF marking up. I like this computer any thoughts. It has funny Video card (Radeon™ RX Vega M GL Graphics with 4GB HMB2 Graphics Memory)

Are you using Rhino 5 or Rhino 6 on it?

5 for now but some day 6 I imagine

what kind of work are you doing, large files, rendering?

Sorry I’m waaaay late I missed the notifications. I use Rhino 6 and do some large files I think. It’s obviously not as effective as a good desktop for rendering but honestly I don’t regret buying this laptop. Yet I have several other computers (desktop) whe I need more power.
