Do you have Rhino 8? There are some new Content Cache tool that would help here. I can do quick example
Here the points are changing and the Content cache is keeping them updated in Rhino. No duplicates.

It is probably worth mentioning this is how a Trigger can be set to update at an interval, in this case every 2 seconds, no duplicates:
And of course a Manual update can work with the Content Cache component too:
