Create surface and extrude

Very basic shape and extrusion but having brain freeze to make this.
Just want to make this endless knot design into a solid and be able to extrude. Any help to get me back on track? Thanks!

Maybe try ‘PlanarSrf’? and then ‘ExtrudeSrf’ solid? trim out the center parts if necessary.
