Hey guys. Just wonder if there is really no way to create fog or smoke without paying a lot for any plugins etc? I am a student, we have vray and rhino at our school but there is no way I would pay 500$+ for smaller effects right now, maybe when I have paid my student loans etc.
Any suggestions would be great!

What kind of look are you after?
Sometimes I want the light not to be reflected on the walls etc, even though not 100% realistic, I kinda like to see the lights like it goes through a fog, say in a disco. Yeah photoshop is probably the way to go but those things are not my specialty there really.
Well, it’s only one way to master it.
And youtube is your friend.
