Your SystemInfo looks OK - is it only crashing when you go into Options, or does it crash at other times? Windows installation up to date? Do you still experience the crashes if you disconnect the secondary monitor?

You might also just try doing a repair on Rhino - in Windows control panel>Programs, right click on Rhino 7 and choose “Change”, then select “Repair” from the dialog that comes up. Also try restarting your computer.

Also if you can try running Rhino as an administrator.

I see you sent in a Crash report.

Maybe @andy or @jeff can have a look at the crash report details when the office is open again.

It looks like a “access denied” error when opening a file.

My guess is you double clicked on the 3dm file in Windows file Explorer to start Rhino?

What happens if instead, you double click on the Rhino 7 Desktop shortcut, and then open the file?

Is the file on your local drive or in a Cloud synched folder?

Thanks

I found the problem, the Asus GPU Tweak III OSD which I don’t recall enabling it, maybe I accidentally hit some hotkey to enable it (on screen performance statistic thing) make rhino stutter and not responding immediately, I notice there is some performance text (CPU, GPU, RAm etc) on the top left rhino while opening it, and make rhino sluggish.

I uninstall the Asus GPU Tweak III and my rhino working just fine right now. Thanks for your help. I Try everything you all suggested in the thread.
