Referring to the Ctrl+Alt shortcut that brings up the little blue info tooltip and when a component is selected, locates that component in the toolbar with a scribble circle and arrow should have a transparency layer that allows you to read the icon under the circle. This is not working (in v8) when shown on a second screen, the transparent pixels are blacked out instead, blocking the icon below.
