Command: _FlowAlongSrf on Polysurface

Hi all. :blush:

I’m trying to apply all of 3d patterns to target polysurface with FlowAlongSrf.
Anybody know how to apply? FlowAlongSrf_RhinoV5_20150203_Knead_1st.zip (1.4 MB)

Hi Knead- you can try:

  1. ExtractWireframe from the polysurface
  2. Patch the wireframe.
  3. DupBorder on the polysurface and trim the patch
  4. ShrinkTrimmedSrf the patch
  5. Rebuild the patch to a lot of points - maybe 50 by 50.
  6. Flow to this rebuilt surface.

I flowed only the edge curves here to keep the size small.
