CNC rhino file both from top and bottom

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could advice me on how to put together two surfaces I have created so that I would be able to cnc the same pattern from both sides leaving the flatt bits open as in all material has been cncd away and only the geometries are meting each other.

Yes exactly what trying to do, in step two when I try to level bottom edges the mesh diapers, why is that?
