Hi @aj1,
I have here a customer who can’t use https://accounts.rhino3d.com with a legal e-mail-address with numbers like post@1234-5678.de. The e-mail-address is not accepted.
What to do?
Thanks
Michael

Hi Michael - that 1234-5678.de domain isn’t being resolved here. I take it that’s just an illustration?
It looks like you will need to provide sensitive information and, for all such cases, you should use sales@mcneel.com for that.

Hi wim,
yes it is an illustration, the real customer numbers are different. Fine, I have already contacted sales.team@mcneel.com.
Will see, when they have done their backlog.
Thanks
Michael
Hi @Michael_Meyer, what error do they get? It should be possible to create a Rhino account with any email address that is valid format-wise. They may get a warning about a typo, but they can still proceed.
Hi @aj1,
this seams fixed, and I’ve lost it also out of sight, Daniel Wunsch should now know more about it.
Thanks
Michael
Sounds good!
