I have a problem with using clipping planes for details. Whenever i try to create a cut through detail using clipping planes of a curved surface I get an incomplete edge. This happens with and withoud a custom depth. See figures below. I’d like to not have to add intersect lines every time a want to create a cut through detail.
This is the view in the perspective viewport, you can already see missing lines at the edges.
