Chosing the edges in particular directions

Hi, I want to choose edges of the each floor to calculate the length of the floor / width of the floor. I want to choose the particular edges. I deconstructed the breps and connected them to list item but each one of them give me different edges like in picture.

How can I do that? I hope my explanation is clear :slight_smile:

based on what reference you define what is considered “width” and what is considered “length” ?
you might use the very same system to extract just those particular data from your brep
