Hi, I recently left my job, and transitioned my mcneel account to a new email (sent the link and verified it, check in my profile and my new email is the one listed). However, when I go to login, I still have to use my old work email which I no longer have access to. Is there anyway to change this so my login email reflects my listed account email (which is the only email listed, I’ve removed my old work email from my emails).

Hi Steve, still happening - though when I went to login and obtain my newly purchased personal license on the desktop pop-up, it worked with the new email then sent me to login and showed the old work email instead. In the interest of privacy, would I be able to send you a private message or an email outlining the emails and my issue more in-depth?
It almost looks like it’s treating my old work email as the “username” if you will for the account, even though my new email is the assigned email for the account.
Ah, one more update, I clicked on the “send me a link to login” option on the website just to test, and it sent the link to the old email. Anyways, let me know if there’s a way for me to get in contact privately to resolve this, and I appreciate your help!
