I hope are all safe and well.
As I understand, rhino.inside use the Survey Point to insert the geometry into revit.
Is there any way I can modify the insertion point to a different location? maybe there is a node for that or through C# and revit API.
Any clue will be very helpful.

You can use the translate component to move the geometry in GH before beringing into Revit.
