Can't validate license

Hi, we downgraded a Rhino7 license to Rhino5 and we get an error that this Rhino5 license was assigned to a computer named another computer. What can we do?
We tried to reinstall Rhino5.

To uninstall and reinstall? Ok.

To validate the license. If you call tech support during business hrs they can walk you through this if its still not working.

Ok we called your firm directly and had the problem solved. Apparently it was activated offline. I can’t confirm nor deny it because I was not the one who did it but anyway… the problem is solved.
