Problem with licensing

Hi,

I have messed up something when going from the free trial to full version.

I would like it to be a floating license so I can use it on my office and home computers. I have done something wrong and now I cannot validate or change the type of license it is. It is showing the current name of my PC as the one the license is connected to, but I changed the name of my computer while doing the licensing process, which I assume has caused this issue.

I need help to reset the license (or remove it from the computer that doesn’t exist) please!!
