Can't use sweep command properly

i want to 3D print screw container and made 2 centimeter helix and draw screws teeth but if i use sweep 1 command program can’t make it right the teeths don’t fit eachother. Can someone help me to draw inside and outside of threads ?

Upload a .3dm file with the geometry. You can drag the file to where you type a post, or click on the vertical arrow icon above where you type a post.

How can i open that file cause now im using rhino 7 ?

@anneniyedim the file you sent was made in a pirated version of Rhino. But I also see you have a Rhino 8 evaluation in use.

FWIW, I think I’d use RailRevolve here, with just one thread profile, the helix and the two points.
