Can't upgrade - License tied to old email

Hi.

I do have a license that I do want to upgrade and every tine I do try I do get an error message that says that my license it is tied to other email address.

I do have access to the license from my account, I can see that the license it is upgradable but I can’t upgrade because of the old email address it is tied to and that emai address no longer exists.

As the email address that it is tied that license, no longer exists, how I can recover my license?
