Can't set the surface to Grasshopper

Hello. I have a grasshopper code bug again, I tried to find a lot of documentation but still couldn’t solve it.
My error: at the curved position when I move with the vector, the lines are not the same Curver line.

In the curve the linear displacement obviously causes an intersection.
To solve the problem you could use Flow, Sporph or Surface Morph.
Another solution is to offset the main surface. (see attachment)
