Can't Add Shared Parameter from file as Type or Instance

Hi,
I have some parameters I want to add to a Revit project as type parameters. The definition is read from the shared param file ok but the “Add Parameter” component fails when the scope is set to Type or Instance. It works for Global.
Does anyone have a clue why this is happening or if I am doing something wrong?

Looks ok here, can you tell me more about your environment? Thanks

Below is the current setup, will be updating Rhino to latest release today.

Are you using BIM 360, Worksets active?

What Revit Add-ins are loaded?

Hi @ID_Director,

What version of RiR are you using?

I was on RiR 1.8 and Rhino 7.19. Just updated to RiR 1.10 and Rhino 7.25 and everything is now copacetic.
Thank you for your help!
