Can Rhino 6 change the dimension without using Grasshopper?

Hi all,

Is there a way to vary the size of the dimension and the model changes size accordingly, without using Grasshopper?

depending on the model you can use Ctrl+Shift to select surfaces or edges of a model and change their position or size or orientation etc.

But can I enter a dimension number say it was originally 30cm and I want to change to 50cm, would the model size change as well?
