Is it possible to adjust the way the camera in rhino clips when zooming very closely to the mesh. im coming from autodesk maya and in there they have a option to set your near and far clipping plane for the camera.
the easiest way to do it is to select what you want to zoom very closely to, and then simply run zoon>selected. this will reset the camera’s clipping planes to the object you are looking at.
I have this set up on a hot key which is zz and uses the command string Zoom _selected
ctrl+ shift allows you to select sub objects, then zz (if you choose to set that up) zooms into it.
