Bugs with GHPython component on MacOS 12.2

Hi,

Just FYI, I am having several visibility/graphics issues with the GHPython component when using GH on MacOS.

  1. I get missing line numbers very often:

sometimes resizing the window makes them appear? Sometimes not.

  2. I get ‘clipped’ lines when I resize horizontally:
If I start typing, resize the window, and continue typing the new text becomes ‘invisible’ until I resize the window again, in which case it reappears.

  3. Rollups for functions and classes are missing?

  4. tab completion and hints are spotty at best. And I often get odd ‘clipped’ lists when it does work:

Environment:

  • Macbook 2021, Apple M1 Max
  • OS 12.2 (Monterey)
  • Rhino Version 7 (7.15.22039.13002, 2022-02-08)

Just wanted to note those issues, hopefully they aren’t hugely difficult to fix for a future update.

Thanks!

Hi, I’m asking again: can these pretty please get fixed? The line number bug is especially annoying and makings things way way harder than they need to be, esp maintaining large components.

thanks!

Hi, just requesting again for a fix to the line-numbering and other bugs on Mac OS GHPython component. It is really making life hard maintaining large GHPython components.
thank you

They probably don’t care any more, since RhinoCode will replace the sad code editor that plagued Rhino 7 in version 8.
