yes new leader works… even if i paste the same content from not working one

Your model’s unit system is in Millimeters but the leader’s unit system is Meters.

Hi Dale - But the box is big enough to register non-zero volume in meters. A new leader, asking for meters on the same box looks correct (right?)

Changing the leader from Standard to another annotation style (Millimeters Large) shows the correct volume.

Yes, good catch - it looks like maybe the fX conversion is not taking that into account.
