BUG: SubD params become invalid if saved by 8

Hi all.

Serious bug that is breaking my definitions.
Steps to replicate:

• in 7, grasshopper, create a SubD param, set a SubD geometry, internalize, save .gh , close
• in 8, open .gh file, save, close
• in 7, open .gh file, SubD params contains Null SubD

The param was created in 7, so there is no reason for Grasshopper in 8 to replace it with a different param or to edit its content, similar to multiplication or area components that are kept as “old” or “legacy” component.
