BUG REPORT: Grasshopper Annotation Units Settings - Length Factor broken

Hi there!

Found a crucial misbehaviour, which worked last week. I think i made an update last week. Maybe it came with it.

RH-89467 is fixed in Rhino 8 Service Release 25
