Bug ? RemapCPlane - changing view and space in CPlane name

Hello,

Three (2 and a half :D) quick questions about RemapCPlane.
1/ I was trying to see if clicking or double-clicking in the named CPlanes viewport woudl do something to actualy select it and I encountered something weird. The behaviour seems to be different if I double click on a NamedCPlane during the command (it changes the view and projection) compared to double-click outside the command which only changed the CPlane as expected.

2/ How to call a named cplane that has a space in it ? Spacebar automatically validates the input in the command bar…

3/ Could we have an option to select the CPLane from a list as in the InfinitePlane command ?

Hi -

This is on the wish list as RH-71011 Named CPlanes: Autocomplete

Your screenshot shows “World Top”, “World Front”, and “World Right”. For those standard CPlanes, you can just use “Top”, “Front”, and “Right”. Apart from that, as with all things that need to be input on the command line, you need to use quotation marks to be able to use strings with spaces.

Thanks, indeed it works with quotation marks, I thought I tried that.

Found something else rather weird. If I start a simple command like Line, I’m able to switch to a custom CPlane and the command stays active. But I’m unable to revert to a world CPlane without exiting the command.

I don’t see this in WIP so I guess the bug will stay in 7 forever :frowning:
Or maybe not ? Just tested with RemapCPlane and I get something else
The window minimizes and the command exits.
