(Bug) Offset Curve fails

i thought that the curve seam is part of the problem but it s not a workaround.

I don’t know about master but I’ll see if I can get this fixed. I opened RH-89709 to get it resolved.

RH-89709 is fixed in Rhino 8 Service Release 27
