Bug: Layer column order can't be changed

Hi,

I tried to move the column “current” to the first place but it’s not possible. Also the columns wide can’t be adjusted, the “layer” stays narrow so that the names can’t be fully shown.

Or did I have overseen an option to unlock the layer manager?
