I just played around with this.

I used Elefront to reference the circle and dimension in Grasshopper. In order to make things clearly visible, the referenced geometry is moved in X-direction.

Is it normal that both radial and diameter dimension have this line from the center to the World origin? It seems to be like that in Rhino 5, 6 and WIP
