(Bug) Function Key Present after Focus was on layer panel

there is a strange issue where rhino goes fullscreen or the emoji panel pops up:

i thought it s my lazy, flat hand position on the laptop’s keyboard - pressing unwanted fn see this topic.

BUG

but it s not my lazy hands & fingers …

i finally managed to document a repeatable workflow, that pop s up emoij panal (“_extrudeCrv”) = fn + e = emoji panel
or
(“_filletEdge”) = fn + f = Window Fullscreen

draw a firsts line / polyline
draw a circle
select the circle
change active layer
start typing e… or f…

bug captured on CCTV:

it might be related to a rhino / sytem not being restarted for a longer period.

(so no further digging on my side required)

Layer Panel ! (not Layout)
and it s the “fn” key that somehow is active … it might be a system bug, not a rhino bug.
