Hi Mcneel,
Just hit fullscreen for a bunch of screen grabs for a client and when I went back to non-full screen all of my tool bars were completely rearranged. Layers tab went away, and everything else went FUBAR!
Fixed it fast with fresh template open and reset but still annoying.
Not sure if this on the pile or not already, but please fix when possible thank you!
I tested this yesterday and again today using my mildly arranged Layout.
I am unable to repeat this problem.
Are you running SR3 or SR4?
I’m running an in-house SR5 build.
Maybe replying with your SystemInfo would show something.

Hi @carvecream,
Can you turn on the Sr4 Release Candidate and see if it helps your issue with the Toolbar issue. Tools → Options → Updates & Statistics.
In a few weeks Rhino 8 sr4 will be released as the public download.
But you can do this to try it now.
There is a newer nvidia driver that you can get from them too.
Let us know if any of this helps.
Thanks,
Mary Ann Fugier
Hi Mary,
I tried SR4 just now and while better, less toolbar mess, it still breaks things. Two screen shots show layers and selection filter panel disappearing.

fullscreen still breaking toolbars layout. closes the selection filters and layers tool panel.
But the handy saved Window Layouts brings them back!!! joy!
I’m on Version 8 SR5

Not sure this has been addressed - but I’ve been noticing that WHENVER I enter full-screen mode - I lose the ability to do anything at all. I can only view. Is this intentional?
