geometry is polysrf inside block, clipping plane is set with custom depth (0)

Note that in this case, the intersection will always be a point.
But, yes, the point should probably be visible.

that posted image was the result of clipping plane, i think the intersection lines should be red according to settings.

Your image of the settings for intersections is for intersections between the objects themselves, not with a clipping plane.
The intersection with the clipping plane is set in the section style.

Thank you i was not aware of that. I knew that section style dictates that but i thought that setting in display mode overrides that somehow.
