[Bug] Can't duplicate block in custom display mode

Hi Developers,
I can’t duplicate block in custom display mode.
Once I duplicate block using alt+gumball,then Rhino did not respond and even my PC did not respond for a while.See gif below:

At the same time,I can do this in any one of the default display modes,so I think this is a bug.

Please run SystemInfo in the Rhino command line and post the result.

Can you still reproduce this behavior when you disable those plug-ins and restart Rhino?

Yes.After every third-part plugin is stopped,this behavior is still there.
Good news is that it seems that it is repaired with V8.18.
