Brick Raking Stretcher Bond

For the life of me I cannot workout how to create a raking stretcher bond for a brick wall that follows a non-linear curve or a surface. There are plenty of tutorials for a standard stretcher bond, (Standard offset brick) but I cannot workout how to create the consistant offset along a non-linear curve/surface.

I am trying to create any of these 3 brick patterns.

Brick dimensions.
Length: 288mm
Width: 88mm
Height: 48mm
Mortar Gap: 5mm

If I knew what a “raking stretcher bond” was, your post might make sense. But I don’t so it doesn’t.
