Can anyone suggest how I may create a branching curve as shown in green lines?

one way to approach this might be, assuming having points organized per branch like that, each point of each branch connects to the two closest points of the next branch

‘Rotate’, ‘Angle’ (blue group) and ‘Count’ sliders define the arcs. Some trace features using linked ‘Tree/List Viewer’ tools are at the bottom (not pictured).
