Boxedit Problem in calculating size

I appreciate the video but you’re going too fast in it for me to understand the problem. Can you please describe it here in words? Like the steps you’re taking. Tell me which step(s) differs between 6 and 7. Thanks.

Open the attached file, choose the number 9, go to boxedit and activate the option Unifrom, set the size (x = 4)
It gives an incorrect result in Y
Repeat this process in R6 and you will see the difference.
