Block Manager

The block manager is shown as empty, even though my file contains many blocks:

Hi Philippe -

Did you try showing hidden block definitions?

If that doesn’t help, please post the output of the Rhino SystemInfo command and a 3dm file that shows this behavior.

Thank you, but the block manager doesn’t even show this dropdown menu…

@Philippe_HAMON

I cannot reproduce this.

Could you do the following please:

  • Close Rhino.
  • Navigate to the following folder: %APPDATA%\McNeel\Rhinoceros\8.0\settings
  • Rename the folder to settingsBackup for example
  • Send me the content of the folder
  • Start Rhino

Does the block definitions panel work now?

Thanks.
-Lars

Hi @lars,
With the original settings, the block manager panel remains empty. By removing the attached folder, it actually works.
settingsBackup.rar (76.2 KB)

@Philippe_HAMON Thanks for the files. I added the bug to our tracker: RH-84934
