Blend 2 open surface edges to 1 open surface edge

Trying to blend these open edges to each other.

reducing the complexity of those surfaces will make you life a lot easier..

I’d break it down into manageable 4 sided sections, and the last 5 sided sections you’ll end up with, the patch command in v9 WIP may be your best friend. That would be a bit of a brute force method.

There are more sophisticated methods, like the 5 sided areas, make a larger blend surface and trim it back to get your “arch” similar to how a signet ring is made. (see this video)
