Other than your Rhino is 2 service releases behind, your SystemInfo looks great.

See if updating your Rhino helps:

Updated to a new version, unfortunately the problem was not solved
Materials are black

We will need small sample file that shows the problem.

Maybe make a new file with a couple Boxes. Apply your materials and see if you can get it to have the problem?

Send it to tech@mcneel.com and reference this message URL.

We’re about done for the week.

Here is a screenshot from your file using a default Rendered display mode.
I do not see that you have used any materials.

Are you using a default Rendered display mode?

What does your screenshot look like?

the assigned color is displayed in black

Your Rhino version is still 7.1 with the sample file you uploaded. You’re not 2 service releases behind, you’re two years worth of service releases behind - that is twenty two releases behind.

Ensure you really update to 7.23, see if the problem still exists, then save a new file with the very latest Rhino version, and share that file.
