Can any one tell me how to input a precise input with the mD slider?
when I move the floating point of the slider (specially if the definition is a bit heavy) it will be hard to stop where you need (and it’s important to input a precise number)

You could also just recreate the MD slider in Rhino viewport for more control and a customized domain:
Another added benefit, is that it doesn’t update as you move the point. Read the value from the XYZ coordinate display.
